Using simple ingredients I already have on hand is my favourite way to make easy and quick sauces or marinades that’ll take any dish to the next level. Simply whisk together some condiments and/or spices, toss in some protein or whatever you wish to marinate and leave it soaking up all the goods anywhere from 15 minutes to overnight. The longer, the better!
