Tender zucchini with ricotta
Ingredients:
🔹 Zucchini – 2 pcs
🔹 Ricotta – 250 gr (can be replaced with cottage cheese)!
🔹 Hard cheese – 200 gr
🔹 Egg – 1 pc
🔹Greens
🔹 Garlic – 3 cloves
🔹Salt
Cooking:
Cut the zucchini into slices, put on a baking sheet with parchment, salt well, pour over with vegetable oil and set to bake, in a preheated oven, for 15 minutes at 200 C.
2️⃣For the filling, mix hard cheese, ricotta, egg, finely chopped garlic, herbs. Salt to taste if necessary. Mix well.
3️⃣Grease the baking dish with tomato sauce.
4️⃣ Roll the zucchini with the filling into rolls and lay them out in a mold.
5️⃣ Lubricate the rolls with tomato sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
6️⃣Send in the oven for 15 minutes at 200C.
