Recipe for Chickpea Bread Recipe -Gluten Free:
225g chickpeas flour
75 g tapioca flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
2 tbsp psyllium husk
1 tsp honey
250 ml of water
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp apple vinegar
2 handful of pumpkin seeds
Put chickpeas flour, tapioca flour, baking powder, and sea salt in a bowl. Mix everything well.
Add honey, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and water, and mix the mass well.
Prepare the baking tray (21 x 11 cm) and cover with baking paper, put the mass in the baking tray, and bake in the oven at 180 ° for 40 minutes.
When the bread is baked, take it out of the oven and put it out of the baking tray, and cool it on the cooling rack.
