Cook time: 10 minutes
Make 15 meatballs
Ingredients:
250g firm tofu, press out the excess water
100g frozen corn
100g chopped chives
Seasoning:
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp mushrooms powder
2 tbsp rice flour
Oil for frying
Dipping sauce:
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp chopped scallions
1/2 tbsp chili flakes
1 tsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp hot oil
1/2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp black vinegar
Mix well & ready to serve
Method:
1.) In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients and seasoning. Then add in the rice flour and mix till well combine.
2.) Make mixed ingredients into small balls.
3.) Coat the tofu balls with bread crumbs and set aside.
4.) Heat oil and deep fry the tofu balls in medium low heat until golden brown.
5.) Serve along with your favorite veggies and dipping sauce.
