Ingredients:
100g rolled oats*
420ml oat milk*
40g dutch processed cacao powder*
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 large banana, sliced*
60 ml fat free plain yogurt*
40 ml hazelnut butter*
20g roasted hazelnuts, chopped*
20g minimum 70% dark chocolate*
1. To prepare this breakfast add the oat milk and oats to a pot on medium heat, followed by cacao powder. Bring this to a gentle boil, then allow it to simmer for about 10 minutes.
2. Take the pot off the heat and stir in the vanilla.
3. Divide the oatmeal between the bowls and top with hazelnut butter, yogurt, bananas, roasted hazelnuts, dark chocolate shavings and dried coconut flakes.
