Sometimes the very idea of coming home from a long day of work only to have to start preparing dinner is just… UGHHH. Traditional meal plans will have you eating the same foods for a week, which can get boring and be a turn-off to some all on its own. Working our way around this by prepping ingredients and thus easing the process of preparation can be a great way to meet our busy work weeks in the middle and opt for more foods cooked at home. This was my first attempt at a meal-prep, like ever, with a little more planning we can definitely fine tune some more desirable outcomes for next time, but overall Im very happy with how it all turned out!
