If you’ve never had Fresh Kitchen’s Paleo cookies… YOU. ARE. MISSING. OUT.
They are amazing… and healthy!
They contain almond flour and the only slightly unhealthy part about it is the chocolate chips which you can add as many as you’d like.
I found this recipe and tried it out and it is just like Fresh Kitchen’s cookies, maybe even better? 🤔
They’re chewy and full of flavor.

Here’s the recipe 👇
– one egg
– 3 tbsp oil, I use avocado
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1/3 cup honey, note! I used local honey and it didn’t turn out as great. The store bought bear jar honey taste best
– 2 cups almond flour
– 1 tbsp agar powder (Amazon)
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 1/2 – 1 full cup chocolate chips
Bake @ 350 for about 10 minute you can even flip them half way through they will get a little brown on the bottom
Note: although these cookies are absolutely delicious… the cookie dough is not! So don’t eat it! Unless you’re a weirdo then by all means.
