I used:
1 cup nut flour (almond, hazelnut, walnut, cashew, & peanuts)
2 tbsp organic maple syrup/grade A
*Note: adjust maple syrup depending on the consistency of your
nut flour: for coarser flour use 2-3 tbsp.
*be patient when forming cookie dough into a large ball, trust me, it’ll come together 😉
Here are some delicious toppings ideas:
Almond – praline rose
Hazelnut – chocolate covered hazelnuts
Cashews – raw cashews
Walnut – choco coffee beans + salted caramel
Peanuts – raspberry jam + powdered sugar
