Gluten and nut free Tater Tot Casserole. This recipe is an easy one pan meal that freezes well for use up to two months later.
Ingredients:
Enough green beans to cover the bottom of your baking dish
One pound of ground beef or other ground meat
1/2 diced onion (optional)
1 can gluten-free cream of mushroom soup
1 can plus 1/2 cup milk
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
tater tots to cover the top of your dish
salt and pepper to taste
Bake for 30-40 min at 400 deg. or until tater tots are crisp
Stats:
Family of four plus one out of the house and three dogs. I am gluten and nut free, low dairy and somewhat vegetarian. The rest of the family does eat gluten but most of our family cooking is 100% gluten-free.
