Super easy recipe for gluten free and dairy free brownies! They are really delicious and a bit healthier then traditional brownies!
Ingredients:
50gr powdered peanuts (1/2cup)
25gr cacao powder (1/4cup)
half tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
120gr maple syrup (1/2cup)
180gr tahini (1 cup)
1 tsp vanilla extract
85 gr dark chocolate
In a bowl mix powdered peanuts, cacao powder, baking powder and salt. In another bowl mix eggs, maple syrup, tahini and vanilla extract. Combione two bowls in one and mix everything together. Then chopp dark chocolate with knife and add it to mix. Pour the batter in lined pan with baking paper. Bake on 180°C (350°F) for 25 min. Let it chill before cutting. ENJOY!
