This is one of our favorite Heart Smart Recipes to date! Serving these meatballs with a half cup of whole wheat spaghetti and. 1/2 cup of low sodium sauce is a winner in the taste and nutrition category. A salad and side vegetable are important to add to any entree, too! Remember to watch the fat & sodium on the dressing and only use low sodium spices on the veggies.
