Just 2 weeks ago @ my Dr’s appointment, I was considered to be overweight, looking & the scale realizing I weighed more than I ever have even when I was pregnant was so disappointing!! My test results showed that i have high cholesterol along with my lipids being very high which causes heart problems & other at risk diseases! So, I decided to make a lifestyle change right away!
