protein porridge oats
serves 2
6 tbsps gluten free oats
1 medium banana
1 tbsp nut butter
200 ml egg whites
pinch of salt
40 g dark chocolate
1 cup of berries of your choice
In a medium pot place oats and add hot water to cover oats, when oats are nearly cooked turn the heat down and add banana, egg white and stir well. Add nut butter, pinch of salt and cook until it has a creamy texture. Turn off, spread into 2 bowls. Add chocolate and berries on top.
