This is the perfect salad for people who love cheese, yes cheese but vegan cheese!
Recipe for Summer Salad with Cheesy Dressing
Salad Veggies/Fruits:
Romaine leaves – 4 to 5 torn by hand unevenly
Swizz Chard Leaves – 4 – 5 torn by hand unevenly
Baby Tomatoes – 8 to 10 sliced into half
Red & Yellow Pepper – Half of each cut into 1/2 inch dice
Green & Black Grapes – 100 grams sliced into half
Tofu – 50 grams cut into 1/2 inch cubes
For dressing:
Juice of 1 Lemon
Vegan Cheese (Link in Bio)/Cashew Cream/Cashew Butter – 2 tbsp
Maple Syrup/Agave Syrup/Any Sweet Syrup
Salt – As per Taste
Pepper – 1/2 tsp
To prepare
Add all the veggies & fruits mentioned above in a large bowl.
Add all the dressing ingredients in a jar or bowl and shake/whisk it to come together.
Spread the dressing on top of the salad and mix it.
And it is ready to be served.
