The MOST Healthy Gut Friendly CREAMY PUMPKIN HUMMUS by @jengoesnuts
Currently I’m in my hummus + carrot phase 🤣 and since I absolutely love pumpkin hummus and couldn’t find a healthy version in the supermarket, I thought, let’s make it myself! All you need are a couple of ingredients, 5 minutes and then you can DIG IN🐰🤤.
🎃Ingredients:
200g of chickpeas (rinsed & drained)
2 large tbsp of tahini
2 large tbsp of garlic infused olive oil
200g of pumpkin puree @koro_nl
Salt & black pepper to taste
Few splashes of lemon juice
Optional: add spices of choice!
🤤Method:
Add all the ingredients to your blender, blend and SERVE!
