Buckwheat cutlets with mushrooms

📌RECIPE:
Buckwheat patties
Ingredients:
– Buckwheat grits 130 gr.(4.59 oz.)
– Wholemeal flour 3 tablespoons
– Champignons 5 large (or 7 small)
– Onion 1 pc.
– Garlic clove 1 pc.
– Sea salt 1 teaspoon
– Ground black pepper 1/3 teaspoon
– Provence herb 1 teaspoon with a spoonful
Preparation:
– Slice 1 onion in half rings.
– Roughly chop 5 large mushrooms.
– Fry onion for 3 to 4 minutes.
– Add mushrooms.
– Stir.
– Fry for another 5 minutes.
– Add 1/2 teaspoon salt.
– Add 1/3 teaspoon ground black pepper.
– Add 1 teaspoon and a handful of Provencal herbs.
– Stir to combine. Remove from heat.
– Pour 130 grams (4.59 oz) of buckwheat into the water and bring to the boil.
– When the water begins to boil add 1/2 teaspoon salt.
– Cook until tender.
– Add boiled buckwheat groats.
– Chop and add 1 garlic clove.
– Process with a blender.
– Add 2 tablespoons (topping with whole-wheat flour).
– Mix until smooth.
– Shape into patties.
– Dump them in whole wheat flour.
– Pan fry on both sides for 5 minutes.
