We are mostly Paleo, but we do allow a little freedom in our healthy lifestyle. I’ve discovered some easy paleo meals and wanted to share them with you guys. Breakfast:
Eggs
Potatoes
Chicken and Apple Sausages from Aidell’s. These are Whole30 approved. 🙂
Lunch:
Can of Tuna in Water
Franks Red Hot Sauce
Rice Vinegar
Coconut Aminos
Top with Cucumbers, Peppers, and whatever other veggies you want.
Dinner:
Chicken Thighs Cooke at 425 for 20-25 minutes
Brussel Sprouts With Kung Pao Sauce
Kung Pao Sauce:
1/4 Cups of Coconut Aminos
2 tea. Fish Sauce
1 Piece of Ginger or Ground Ginger
1 tea Arrowroot Starch
2 cloves of Garlic
Crushed Red Pepper – As Much As You Like
Top With Cashews
